Emilie Riddle, MS, RD, LDN

Whole Health Partners Registered Dietitian

As a Registered Dietitian, Emilie Riddle (she/her) is passionate about supporting her patients to live healthy, vibrant lives. She strives to help patients focus on long-term body positive outcomes, improved energy and emotional wellbeing, consistent engagement in physical activity, restorative sleep, healing their relationship with food, and increased confidence in their ability to fuel their body well and find balance in their lives.

I’m excited to be part of a team that understands that lifestyle medicine goes beyond changing lab values and the number on the scale. It’s important for us to listen, to collaborate, and to get creative to find practical, real-world solutions that recognize each individual’s needs as a whole person.

Emilie especially enjoys working with patients to improve their metabolic health to prevent or improve the symptoms of diabetes and other chronic health issues. She is currently pursuing a credential as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).

Emilie brings a diverse background to her work as a Dietitian, with experience in early childhood education and higher education administration, along with a Master’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Vermont. Her Master’s research focused on food insecurity on college campuses, and she has a special interest in improving food access for all people, as well as promoting sustainable food systems.

She loves gardening, cooking, and baking with her family and enjoys using her years of culinary experience to help patients find ways to prepare food that work for their schedules, family and cultural preferences, and health needs.

As the mother of a young son, she is well aware of the need to not let perfect be the enemy of the good.

Success comes not from achieving the ideal diet or lifestyle, but rather from working together to build a sustainable pattern that you can enjoy.

That’s why Emilie works with patients to develop practical tools to overcome their individual challenges, and set realistic goals. She strives to meet each patient where they are and provide a safe and supportive space to create lasting lifestyle change.
