Gastrocnemius Stretch
Begin by placing the hands on the wall and the feet back away from the wall. Bring one leg forward and keep one leg back. While keeping the knee straight move the back leg away from the wall. Keep the heel of the back leg flat on the ground. Continue to move the back leg further away from the wall to increase the stretch. (9)
