Free Squat w/Support
Begin by standing with feet shoulder width apart. Next grasp a dow rod on its end to add support. Descend slowly into a squat by pushing the hips back and bending the knees. Be sure that the knee lines up with the middle of the foot and the knee does not extend beyond the end of the foot. Descend only as deep as current strength and flexibility levels allow. Return to the start position by reversing the movement. Use the stick for added assistance. (4)
