Wall Squat w/Ball
Begin by placing an exercise ball against the wall. Leanthe low back slightly into the ball and face away from the wall. Next position the feet so that when squatting the knee points over the middle of the foot. Maintain perfect posture and descend into a squat using the ball to help guide you. Squat only as deep as current strength and flexibility levels allows. (4)
