Begin by bending the wrist opposite the thumb side. Bend the thumb forward across the hand with the opposite hand. Hold for thirty seconds. (10)
Extensors Pollicis Stretch
Bend the wrist forward. Bend the thumb forward holding with the opposite hand until a stretch is felt. Hold for thirty seconds. (10)
