Posterior Translation/Extension (four point)
Begin on hands/knees with hands directly below shoulders and knees directly below hips. Position oneself in a position of perfect postural alignment. Move the head straight backwards tucking the chin in. Next extend the head back towards the ceiling. Hold this position then return to the start position. Repeat ten times.
